How long does printing and shipping take?
Most items are printed within 2–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. US delivery usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch.
How do digital downloads work?
Right after checkout you'll get a download link on the order page and by email. Print at home or at any print shop — as many times as you like for personal use.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for size or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it for free.
How should I wash my printed apparel?
Turn inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards through a secure checkout. Your card details are never stored on our site.
